I can feel for you, the not knowing can be so scary!
It sounds like you are having some real symptoms that need attention. As others have mentioned, a free health clinic might be a good choice for you. They can pin point for sure what is going on so you won’t have all the anxiety of not knowing AND they can get you the relief from pain that you’re in need of right now. I’m praying for you!

Cranberry will mask the symptoms by changing the pH of your bladder. This means no burning, or urgency, but the bacteria is still eating your bladder. You have to get antibiotics. There must be some free clinic or sexual health centre or somewhere you can go, or else as I say, some kind of after hours doctor where you just pay cash on the spot.
Going forward, make sure you drink adequate amounts of liquids and if having intercourse ensure you ALWAYS pee afterwards whether you're using a condom or not. You have to flush the urethra out of any bacteria that have worked their way up in there.
For right now, you can drink cranberry juice to help, or you can go to the chemist and get "ural" or "citravescent" urine alkalinisers that you make up as a fizzy drink with water and drink to change the pH of your bladder. Again: they are not fixing the problem. They are simply making it so that you aren't in total misery.
