It's the end of the month and made it, this month was good reached my goals stayed honest. Tommorow I'll do it all again and I hope it works out, being honest had made my life so much easier and healthier.

Checking in. Doing well. I feel more confident within myself now. Not had any real issues with my wife lately apart from normal squabbles...

Checking in so far a great start of the new month, I'll continue what I have been doing and work on daily goals. Last month I met the goals made sure I posted daily and kept up with journal, just wasn't to do that again for May.

Checking in long day at work but it went good no problems and stayed honest. Time flew tommorow is already end of the week have to hang in and just keep continuing to make sure I do not lie.

Not lies today....not really an opportunity to fall of the wagon...but either way a good day is a good day

Had a couple white lies today - nothing to be proud off - told someone today that I was going to a meeting but instead i was going home...why, i have no freaking clue....But most the day i kept a constant guard on what I said and it was pretty effective...one day at a time....feeling stressed about school and really depressed ....not a good combo....Things change one step at time.

Checking its Monday and this week needs to go nicely anniversary coming up and I'm counting down minute by minute not to screw up. So far start of new week lie free.

Feeling quite good. My wife doesn't really acknowledge my efforts a great deal - she says because of my lying past, which has ruined her faith and trust in me. Fair enough call sometimes.

On Sunday, she barely did anything around the house, whilst I looked after the kids, washed, vacuumed, cooked, etc. She just played games. She felt bad and yesterday I got home to find she had done a lot of the work I normally do, like dishwashing etc.

Have gone > 120 days now without lying. Still have some issues around being assertive enough, and not beating around the bush with what I really want, but I felt that my efforts were slowly being rewarded...

Still not going to get ahead of myself, but it's a positive for the time being.

Checking in long day stayed honest though. Just finished helping daughter with her project now I can go off to bed. Tommorow might inspection so I have to work. Well be a long long week and anniversary so I have to just stay on top of and not lie.

Checking in pretty good day so far wife and I went shopping for her stuff we had a nice time. Made it through the day without lying tommorow is last day then Friday starts our anniversary stuff that is planned.
