Well it's been a while. I've lied a few times but it was nothing serious and each and every time I e caught it right away and told the truth as it should as it have . I've started therapy and I'm currently doing exercises in CBT. It's interesting and very helpful. Also trying to do more mindful exercises. All I know is that I'm much much happier and I'm nev er going back to the way I was.

Checking in as usual everything is okay been doing good so far no lies, I'm improving my self greatly by staying on course and just have to keep doing it everyday.

Checking in. Still very busy. Have had a really good week with the wife. No accusations of lying, or even any ambiguous situations which she could doubt me.

However, she has been very down lately, maybe even suffering a little depression. It's time for stand up and be there for her without any lying or hiding behind any truths.

Everything good so far tommorow daughter coming to work with me and going to see her grandmother everyone is exit and it will be really fun. This will finely bring us closer and hopefully she can come visit and spend more time.

Going good today was nice I took my daughter to work mom was very happy. We just had daughter father day went to eat. I had a good lie free day and hope weekend goes like that to.

Checking in going to work, it was nice day spend some tone with wife and just chilled, got a lot of work to do. Just string on tech and making sure I stay honest so far so good.

Checking in end of the week made it without lying. Tommorow is another new start and repeat the goals. It was really busy and well be glad to be back home tommorow and just sleep in.

Checking in. Things still going reasonably well. My wife is still a little down, but overall things are quite good in regards to lying and being real in life.

Still have to stand up and lead the way for her.

I am a compulsive lier. I want to overcome this. I failed again today.

Checking in start of new day made it through, just going to keep working towards my goal and take it by the day and week. So far since joining forum I have not had a incident so that is good I hope it continues and just keep getting better.

Checking in doing okay made it through without lying and doing what I have to to keep it that way. Want to end this week and end this month with the same results.

Checking in almost end of month and so far this month has been good no lies, hope i continue being lie free next month as well. I don't think I'll change my goals this seems to work so take it day to day, week to week, and month to month.
