Hey!!! I will probably have a transfer between August 19-21 depending on AF. Yay! A blastocyst is usually the best to use in a transfer because it has made it farther in the process of reproducing its own cells and growing. Good luck with your upcoming cycle! :)

i believe blastocyst cycle is a is a 5 day transfer as opposed to a 3 day transfer. so basically you wait 5 days after the retrieval before going back to have them transferred. We just did a 3 day transfer...testing on 7/18 to see if it worked.

My next IVF cycle starts on August 28th - we will be doing a fresh cycle.

I start my Lupron next month... My cycle this month was cancelled due to abnormal results in biopsy :( so I will transfer at the end of September for this one

My FET will be around August 23rd....I'm currently on BCP's until 7/29 and will start a "natural" protocol in early August. Good luck to everyone!!

So apparently its a 225 long cycle I will be on, I understand that means it takes more than the standard natural 4 week cycle.

Thinking of starting the prep month (SIS/Sounding) for our first IVF this week. IVF cycle would approx. start August 22nd. Having lots of anxiety for all the hormon / progesteron shots and the retrival. How are you guys handling that? Does anybody has experience with progesterone gel instead of the shots? My MD is hesitant and doesn't wanna use the gel, but I would prefer it. Good luck to everybody!

Hi! I am currently on bcps to coordinate my cycle with my travel plans. I'm scheduled to stop them on Aug 2nd and then start a fresh IVF(#5). I will be back on bcp for 19 days and then start lupron this time(lupron stop protocol). So I expect to start lupron the week after travel- August 28th time frame. Not sure where that puts possible retrieval/ transfer.

It was a long break and I am ready to get this cycle started!

Hi ladies :) My FET is on August 1st! I just had my lining check yesterday. My uterus looked good (but thats never been my problem). I am really scared and excited. I am transferring two 5 day blastocyst.

I have about a week max to go before I start BC for a long protocol IVF, scared! and excited and scared hahah

Thanks, Aboveda! I know we all get antsy to start, but now that its here I'm scared to death. I want another week before I begin the dreaded 2ww. This is my first FET and its been super easy, unlike my two fresh cycles.
