Hero, the society has ALWAYS been sexist and unfair. I agree that lately it has been swinging to the other side of discriminating against men in terms of parental rights and even sexual discrimination, but the reality is that most men ( and women) are capable of establishing some sort of romantic relationships on their life time and this has to do with their emotional and social maturity.

Hear-say is not an accurate representation of what happens in real life.
I can tell you from personal experience that good looking men typically got a lot of attention from girls when they were teenagers and learned to communicate with women much quicker than their shy or mildly attractive counterparts. Attractive men know what to say and when to say it, they study women basically and can tell if a woman is interested in being asked before they actually do it.
From what I saw, shy/average looking men do not have the advantage of this practice and sometimes approach women in an awkward way and sometimes in the wrong setting.
why don't you actually go and start asking women out and see how it goes ?
People get rejected a lot, even good looking ones do. It's just the nature of the game.

It is more common for a woman to not want to have kids nowadays. We are more focused on ourselves, careers, and building a life as opposed to having kids.
Kids take up time, cost ALOT, you have to stop who you are and career when you have kids. I see why women may not want to have children.
I myself am 26 and do not have any kids I do not know if I will ever have kids part of me wants a little mini me and the other part is I want my freedoms and to be able to do what I want when I want.
