Yeah I plan on opening with I need help .no one seems to take me seriously or know what to do and all this shit just keeps happening :( . Maybe she can give me a list of better Drs or ideas of things I could do .who knows If this dosnt work then I definetly feel like hospital is only other option :(

It went well actually got a couple of names for new psychiatrists and she said to go to hospital .yet my mother flipped her shit when I said this so now I'm fucked :( Just as I predicted nothing would work

After talking to parents there is a slim chance I will do a out patient program .thats 5 .days a week for a full day :/

Very good advice from rohitmundra. Try to live your life in ways that you know are pleasing to your mom, and your problems will soon seem to disappear. How ? Well, it's like this, if you spend all of your energy trying to please your mom, you will become much happier. For example, when you get the urge to cut or harm yourself in any way, ask yourself, "Would Mom be pleased if I did this ?" Of course, you know that she wouldn't, so that alone should make you not do it. Then ask yourself, "What can I do to please Mom ?" and do it.

If you really feel that you need the hospital, ask your doctor to explain to your mom why. If money is the issue, I'm sure there are ways to help with that too. But know this, your mom really loves you. She wants what's best for you. Get the dr. to speak with your mom and explain things to her.

My dad passed away two years ago. My mother just recently had kidney surgery, has already had open heart surgery about 4 years ago, and I'd do almost anything for her. Try to please your mom, the two of you need to work together on this. Ask her, nicely, if she would please at least come with you to your next appointment. That way the dr. can explain to her how serious this is. Good luck. And try to smile! :)

I guess .im just scared that when they ask about wether I want to act on the suicidle thoughts or not .what I should say because lately I do want to act on them .but I haven't yet .and I don't want them to send me to the ER:(

Well, then tell them exactly what you just told us - that lately you DO want to act on them, but haven't yet. Tell them how you feel about it all. Just be truthful. Let them know that you're not sure if you can trust yourself or not to not act on them.

btw, they won't send you to the er for that, but they may send you to behavioral health (which would be a good thing) Goood luck.
