Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Also, if you can drive now, then drive yourself to the nearest Catholic Church. It doesn't matter what time of day(or night) the Church should be open. Just to go in and sit for a few minutes each day would be an amazing help. It would be great if you can meet up with a priest - they will listen to you and offer whatever help they can - remember, a priest is like a therapist, only they listen to you and help you for FREE. And they are bound by vow to keep whatever you share with them secret. They can't tell anyone.
Seems to me this is your last shot, hun. Give it a try. I'm pulling for you. Oh, and try to smile.
Apparently we are going to family friends for dinner .i don't want to go at all and the only reason I am is because I know I wouldn't be safe if I didn't :(

The two of you can schedule a time that's best for the both of you to talk. I'll get in touch with him as soon as I can. By now, and hang in there.
