I guess I'm creating my own problem.idk i just feel like I'm crazy when it comes to doing it .it gives me a sense of relief bowing that I have hurt myself it's weird . I just hope somthing changes today though I. Ighly doubt it :(

Okay, please understand that I am saying this only to help you, but nothing will change until you decide to change it. It is your will, your desire to do this that is causing you to do it. You said you WANT to do this, you said you even LIKE doing this. So, the real issue here is not that some uncontrollable force is making you do this to yourself. You are choosing to do it because you want to do it and you like doing it. So, dear, it's up to you. You have to change your will. You have to make yourself dislike doing this. Until you do, nothing will change. SEEK HELP.

Well I just came from family therapy .i don't think anything was accomplished at all :/ but I have my dr tomorrow . I just never seem to be able to say that I want help :( I always have some force telling me I'n my head that I don't need it so I never say it :( I think tomorrow is my last chance though to get help :(

Either ask for help or stop complaining about not having help. You know you need it - let those who can help you know that you want it....or do you really want help ? I'm not being mean, here, but think about that question...........do you really want help ? If so, what do you desire more, getting help, or cutting yourself ? Which do you want the most ? It's obvious that you NEED help, the question now is do you really WANT help ?

I think I do want help :( I just don't know if my dr is going to be able to give me that help tomorrow . But I guess I can try

Sweetheart, it's good that you want help. Whether or not your doctor can give you that help tomorrow shouldn't determine whether or not you ASK for help. Ask for that help no matter what. Then, even if they can't help you at that moment, they can at least get "the ball rolling" and begin the process to getting you the help you need. Remember, if you don't ask for it, it may never happen. You are in control of this. Good luck, hun

Aww, it's okay to be nervous. Remember, you've got people out there who are in your corner - we'll be cheering you on and praying for you. Is it 11 central or pacific time ? (you don't have to say if you don't want to) I'll be thinking of you at that time tomorrow. God will give you strength if you ask for it.
