My lilac bush is growing...but no.blooms on it yet. (I love the smell)

Do you use herbs? What would be your favorite to grow?

My husband and son both use herbs when they cook, I honestly couldn’t tell you what type they would like to grow lol.

What are your suggestions? I can pass them on lol

I love parsley and did chives and basil to start. Was disappointed to learn that only the chives would come back every year (and they do and grow with a vengeance lol) Used basil for sauces and also to make pesto. mmm

If you do your own sauce you may want oregano or cilantro if you like salsa... So many to pick from.

Do your guys like salsa? Ever make it?

I buy oregano for my sauce. Hubby grew chives a few years back, they took over a corner of my yard.
My crew likes salsa but I don’t think they’ve ever made their own.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!! I BUY IT IN THE JAR FORM AT MY FAVOURITE GROCERY STORE,,,,,,LOVE TO PUT SALSA ALL OVER OUR CORN CHIPS, HOW BOUT YOU????

I do like salsa to but don't eat it often enough to make my own. I cheat and buy it too. But I am hooked on cheese and nachos. I either buy chili con queso ( Salsa with cheese sauce to pour over the chips --- corn or tortilla) or I layer salsa and melted Velveeta. YUM .

Do you guys just have chips and salsa or do you do cheese too?

I’m a noob. Is this a private convo? I’ve had turducken! I’ve also made a pizza on the bbq! As for an appetizer, I like spinach artichoke dip.

Woohoo. We've got another live one! We're gonna have to bring him back and up to speed so he gets his shots to ask stuff too.

I have yet to try spinach artichoke dip. We have it at the store... may give it a shot. (never tried artichokes... seemed like too much work. lol)

I will ask what is your favorite drink? ( regular or high test. haha)

Do you get sunburns?
I never use to, but the last few years I have been getting burns so I am a little more cautious

Oh yeah. Like a redbeet if I am not careful. Light hair and eyes seem to bring it on. If I wear sunscreen and go out for days....I may get a twinge of a tan...otherwise...red,peels and back to Casper. Lol (not quite that bad)
Do you like to lay out for the sun...or now impartial shade and to take in fresh air and the view?

I love sitting outside but I’ve never liked sitting in the sun. I get my tan or burn doing something active outdoors, swimming at the beach, nature walks, kayaking.

Are you one to sit out in the sun?
