There is actually a small campground not so far away that is a religious retreat. It too is seasonal and does have small cottages there. No I haven't. never really did a lot of physical activity. I came along late in life for parents , so kid bro and I never really got to do much with them growing up. They were already too tired.

Yes but was running around. Had actual errands after work but did enjoy it for a bit. Had things open when I finally got home. (Was beautiful and is again today. ) Going to open windows again , but was a bit cool on the shady side of the house yet.

Did you ever taste baklava?

Greek pastry... yum!
Thin layers of filo dough with butter between and honey and nuts sprinkled on I only tasted it once but so good.

Not really. I think I may have tried a Greek salad kit once...not impressed. Not a big fan of feta cheese or black olives.

I will stick to Italian. Lol

LOL I was thinking of French toast. lol
All I can think of is escargot (snails- yuck!) French onion soup , I think French pastries, baguettes, French bread, macaroons, bouillabaisse, coq au vin... (Ok I cheated and looked some up.

I have had their breads, macaroons, and French onion soup .

I used to cook in a Polynesian kitchen . (my aunt taught me)
