Nope!! LOL. It is an APPETIZER PLATTER that has an egg roll , barbecued ribs, barbecued wings, crab balls, rumaki, and shrimp tempura.
(The ribs were baked ahead of time. Chilled , then sliced apart and coated with our homemade sauce. When there was an order, they were thrown in to broil. Wings were cooked ahead of time in the same sauce) Rumaki was the only thing disgusting. Had to cut up pieces of cooked chicken liver, with a toothpick, put a water chestnut on both sides and wrap a piece of bacon around it. That, the crab balls and the shrimp ( dipped in a thick batter) all get dropped in the fryer.

And that is your cooking lesson for the day. haha

2 POUNDS OF LEAN GROUND BEEF, ADD A SPOON FULL OF HORSERADISH, MUSTARD, ADD ON SLICED MUSHROOMS, ONIONS & GREEN PEPPERS....PUT IT IN A LARGE LOF PAN....ADD BREADCRUMBS. TOP IT WITH CATSAUP & FRESH BACON STRIPS ON TOP! OVEN BREHEATED 350 DEGREES FOR BOUT 1 HOUR OR SO...………...ENJOY!!!!

Actually YES. wink, wink. I never tried it with mushrooms or green peppers in it. Have heard of those bacon strips on top, but never did yet myself. (Who doesn't love bacon on anything??? Yum)

No--- but frankly sounds like my first Christmas with Dave and his sisters. All loud and talk over folks. (Took some getting used to... and probably now why I have such a big mouth. lol)

My moms brothers are like that, family gatherings can be very loud

Do you like planning get togethers? I like having people over but in a relaxed setting, bbq or to sit by the fire

I do but haven't forever. I look forward to again. I too would rather a picnic than a formal dinner. ( I did a few gourmet dinners for family-- but spent the whole time getting this and that just right and didn't really get to enjoy the time with them til after)

Do you have a big yard to enjoy these in?

I do have a fair sized back yard, one of the selling features when I was looking years ago
When the kids were young, I had a swing set, a pool, 2 sheds and some space for them to run around, plus the deck on the house. Most of that is gone now so I have my fire pit and I will have a new gazebo this summer

What type of home do you have? Ours is a bungalow, I refused to buy a house with an upstairs. It’s not big, but it fits our family nicely

I have a manufactured home. I wanted an open floor plan and no second story . Back when we were looking , I was afraid we would wind up with an old fixer upper ( and Dave was not handy and had no desire to improve anything) but I saw the model (2004) and was hooked. Looking back it was too quick and we got suckered in (and screwed) but I still did like my house. 28 x 60.
It was extra room for the two of us, but I had great plans.. none of which worked out. So extra rooms became catch alls. 1 for his stuff, another my craft/ exercise stuff.

Do you think you will ever downsize after the kids are gone (less yardwork, upkeep)? Or will it probably be your forever home with just enough space for when they pop in to visit for holidays?

I would like to think this will be my forever home, I am slowly making my yard into my own relaxation space.
Time will tell if we will be able to maintain it as we age.

Do you have a big craft supply? I have a coworker who just did a craft room for herself it’s huge and very well organized
