I have had deer a few tines but never on purpose! Friends know I do love Bambis and dont wanna eat any parts fo something so beautiful.. So they made something and after I try it they tell me :( Never had any of the other stuff. not even seen a moose or beaver,) I DID make Cornish game hens once so tried those.

Have you ever tried pig's stomach?,

Never had pigs stomach

Have you ever tried cows tongue?

No to both. YUCK!

Have you ever gone snorkelling ? I haven’t but would like to one day

WE were going to on our honeymoon (Bahamas) but the water was so crystal clear-- by the reef we could actually see so much that we didn't bother. Just enjoyed the view from above and all around us. Their crystal clear water and sparkling sand-- God I wish I were there again.

With our endless questions I probably asked before-- Have you ever been somewhere with the clear water and sparkling sand? (Is a far cry from our coastal beaches nearby with murky water , tangled in seaweed and hot yellow sand. Not quite the same)

Is it common for people in your area to have a cottage?

No cottages here. There are a lot of people who have campers and RVs who do go and spend a lot of time in nearby campgrounds as well as using them to travel and see many places with their own comforts of home.
Ideally I would love just a small cottage or bungalow . Just enough room for what I want/ need.. and of course to have one to share it with.

Have you cottages there? (I thought that was more an English thing? Castles and cottages?)

Cottages are a big thing in our area, small homes by the lake really. Some of the cottages are nicer than my home and they are only used seasonally.
We have one but ours is more a camp, 2 rooms, no running water but we do have electricity and a composting toilet so we got rid of the outhouse. We share it with my hubby’s two brothers but we use it the most, well my kids do. Beautiful view of the lake though and it’s very peaceful.

Have you ever gone kayaking? We have two at the cottage and I enjoy going out, very relaxing to be out on the lake leisurely paddling
