Hi, I'm new, I have chronic pain , every single dayas a result of old injuries. I take Ibuoprofen sometimes and try to get inflammation down by low fat intake, most of the time. I work full time so it's a challenge to live with it, ignore it,, hate it and try to have sympathy for others who also have it and are on scipt meds. I am afraid of prescription pain killers because I have seen first hand how it changed a loved one in my life, the loss of appetite, sleeplisness, he couldn't even close his eyes nor blink while he was on Oxy Contin. Anybody else have any side effects?

Getting my left knee replaced in a couple of weeks,or so. Not sleeping tonight,because I took ginseng to have energy to get to my orthopediicc surgeon visi tthat took 2 hrs. & also took xoepenex to clear lungs with nebulizer. I need a hug. I want to give hugs too,

Need a hug tonight....just one of those nights where I am feeling blue for no reason.

I could definitely use a hug as my list of illnesses seems to be ever increasing and I don't know how much more I can handle. I feel like I am losing my grip on reality. it would feel really nice to have someone give me a great, big bear hug with their arms open wide.

I am also offering hugs for those who need it. I understand the loneliness that comes with CP and everyone could use a hug sometimes!

This is awesome.. thank you for being here. Having a bad day but trying to work thru and get some things done. Trying to figure out how to go to work tomorrow, and function.
Neighbor is going to grocery store so I a making the trip with her. I am scared, but gotta do it. Ugghh wish me luck. I am loaded up with pain meds.. lol

excellent! came to visit from neuropathy group - you guys are awesome. i feel yukky and lonely and i am mad at my doctor too.

I need 2 find the strength to fight the bastard of depression that follows my pain like a leech . please pray for me and offer hugs .. I need all the support I can get .I have a major challenge around the corner that I must accomplish to survive my life . much warmth 2 all cp family members .., starsunshine
