Well...I'm here. I'd like to get reconnected with this group. I'm recovering from shoulder surgery and just feeling a bit useless today. I pushed myself a little too much yesterday...made soup and cornbread, did laundry and a sink full of dishes from all my cooking.

My neck has been an issue for years and the surgery has got it feeling angry! OK...done whining.

I could really use a hug. I am in a lot of pain. My new doctor is getting to the bottom of it though. She found out that I have necrosis in my shoulders which means the death of my shoulder bones and the surrounding tissue. I am going to have to have both operated on. The right is almost collapsed completely. It is taking time though cause I have to go see the rumatologist before they can operate on me and the soonest they. An get me in is oct.11. meanwhile I have to suffer with all the pain. I have mixed feelings right now. Thanks all for listening.

Feeling kind of hopeless right now.Had spinal fusion 3 years ago L-5 S1 with titanium hardware and some artificial material where my own disc was(ruptured). I started going to pain management prior to surgery and was placed on oxycodone 30mg for the pain. Now...3years later I am on 200mg fentanyl/hr, with oxycodone 30mg for BT. I'm having trouble getting insurance W/C to pay. I have gradually gotten less active and am in more pain. I'm grateful I can still do what I can.It just seems I'm getting more tolerant to my medications. I would appreciate advice from anyone who understands. Thank you.

    So mad at Xfinity!  They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today!  Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...
