just adding hugs to all who have lost someone they love on this memorial day weekend...it is for our veterans but it is for our mom's dad's and brother's sister's husband's and wives as well....please reflect on the loss of life in battles of course but also just think of the loved ones who you cannot hug tonight and think of how much they would want to hug you too!

I feel bad that I haven't been an active, positive participant for such a long time. I have been going through a terrible time drastically reducing pain meds...on my own.

I found out just how much my Sciatica had progressed during the year since it started and a few days ago, something snapped and really sent me into crisis.

My meds are hugely reduced...in only 11 days. My doc is so moody and always contradicting herself. It got where the anxiety before each appt. was increasing my pain. My sister drove me over and went in with me on Wednesday. What a difference that made.

I hope to join in more as I can. Thinking of all who suffer and wishing the best...
