didn't feel like getting online or typing but wanted to see my friends on ds so here i am today and i am happy.
happy but still soft hugs
I am ready to crawl into a dark hole and cry myself to sleep.
The greatest blessing of DS (IMHO)... is that the simple act of caring for each other, and making the effort to send hugs to our friends, brings an increase in peace, joy and healing for both the sender and the receiver.
Next time you are feeling dark, down or generally low in mood, and that life isn't very worthwhile, take some time to sit at your computer and send a caring hug, and/or a positive message, to everyone you know here. Take my challenge and see how many hugs it takes before you start to feel a bit lighter and brighter!
