Been really ill, n just flaring so much lately.... sigh.... the weather .... mini cyclone (hurricane) is sitting on top of us and has turned a bit nasty
Can't get to my PM appt due to floods 8-(, have been waiting months for this appt.... so need to get the health back under control, as I'm starting to head into a really dark place again... Hmm
Ooooh, well keep climbing the mountains to find the valleys.... sorry for the whine....
Putting up some Goooood Morning Hugs and Sparkly Thingys, and so wishing everyone a wonderful type of day....
Love and so appreciate you guys xoxox
PS..... has anyone heard from David (dmaspord), haven't seen him for a long time, hope your OK David....
I recently came across a pretty good analogy for pain. When you still have pain after you've already taken all the pain meds you're allowed is like the way the bathroom smells after you've done your business and sprayed air freshener. It just smells like poop with perfume on it. There's just no way to mask the smell...or the pain.
I'm wishing you all a pain-free day. Or as close as you can come to it.
Please take as much as you need... there is plenty to go around.
Hoping that all of us who are struggling to cope with their pain levels will find some relief today.
Take care... Gaye... xxx

Huge hugs to all
