dirtdiva - while I am going through personal hell right now, I did enjoy being married for the most part. I think you hear mostly the horror stories here but I am sure that almost everyone could tell you a lot of good times and memories as well.

That said, I would go into it very, very slowly and cautiously. I definitely am not looking to remarry any time soon.

Sitting around dividing up shit like kitchen towels, plates, utensils, small appliances and even my freaking tools...not fun.

I've used the analogy that, when I was a little girl, I ate watermelon one time until I threw up. I swore I would NEVER eat it again. Although it took a numbe rof years, eventually, I did.....and it was DAMN good.

Why would I deny myself something on the chance that it MIGHT not end well?
