Still waiting on an answer about the white supremist story. Am I really the only one who is curious?

*trying to help rman get back into the real world*
I still got coupons...
Who put you in charge of DS?
I guess it all depends on how one puts it into their perspective and what the reader gets out of the written word....
Why do people think that it's OK, to laugh and joke on a thread while other people talk about getting shovels and going up to Canada and digging a hole in a park near where Joy lives?
I thought it was sick.
When one of my friends says something out of line, I call them on it. This group didn't do that. I don't know who the mysterious "private profile" was that CONTINOUSLY did this stuff was, but the group sure seemed to know. Or sure seemed to enjoy him/her coming around every night.
Oh and the Group got so upset over some rumor that only they had ever heard of and that they claimed that Joy started. BUT they continually tried to start rumors about ME sleeping with a CL or someone from DS.
Oh I guess that's all MY fault. Rman probably wants me to appologize for the horrible things that they've said about me.
All kinds of things are used by bullies in order to hurt and drive away their targets. When they see one tactic doesn't work, whether it's spitting in someone's face, or mocking and belittling them, then the bullies often keep looking for other methods. That continues here today.
AND....that sometimes "responsibility" is just being in the wrong place at the wrong time, being somehow different in skin colour, culture, dress, or in staying or going, informing the authorities, or silently suffering.
Many of us on this forum understand, because we come from abusive relationships. We know what it's like to be lied about, to lose our friends, to feel like foreigners in our own homes. In these ways this all is much like very real life experiences for many of us.
I'm no longer upset, I feel so detached by the myths, lies and twisted truths. There's nothing much anymore that I read people saying about me that resembles who I am, so it's like watching people talk about a cardboard cut out. At the same time I see real people who are already hurting, believing the campaigning and becoming even more hurt, stressed and fearful when it's likely the last stressful thing they need.
It's wholly unnecessary. The answer still is and always has been simple.
To just stop.
Whether its two young children in the sandbox, or racist thugs on the street, it all stops, when everyone just stops.
I'm wondering why it doesn't, and all I can come up with is, people still feel a need to express or work out or process something that has to do more with the cardboard cut out, than me.
I find it interesting that certain people ask bottom-line, pointed questions of others that are promptly ignored
I also find it interesting that others announced their departure, created a new online identity and are back on here to give their "two cents"
Rman - I rarely post on DS any more because I have no clue who is going to find my advice helpful or harmful. Should my input not be followed with a hug or sympathetic gesture of some sort, it may be considered "snarky" or "offensive." Due to that, I find it too exhausting to put the effort into responding to a lot of what is on here. I do try to give where I can though...
