I think that depends on whether the incompatibility means lack of sex, or unfulfilling sex for one or the other sometimes.

It can't be good for a relationship, but I don't think it means doom.

So what if that WAS the reason for the breakup? What if one person had needs that were not being fulfilled sexually and couldn't take it anymore? Is it fair for someone to stay in a relationship if their needs are not being met, and if the other partner is unwilling to meet those SEXUAL needs?

I don't think it's reason to leave. I mean, what if they lost all ability to work that part of their body.
