I have been having a moment for a while but I truly miss some here....
I miss Z: for her insight, she has marched the march, her caring words, and her boob shots
I miss RedRap: for her honesty, her intelligence, her brutalness, and yes caring heart, and her beautiful art photos
I miss Jo: for her bluntness, her street smarts, and calling you out, but also that caring heart when you really needed it.
I miss Soon: for his sex talk...lol, and his bluntness
I miss Jaken: well she is my Pocono girl, she calls it like she sees it, she is a good woman
I miss SFY: his advice was caring and open
I miss Woobs: she was a smart cookie and so right on so many things.
I dunno, just want admin that these people were the backbone to helping others, being here, sharing. You all need to get a grip on reality and realize in the grand scheme of things what is right and wrong for everyone on this board. Obviously, nothing anyone has done will change your minds, but it's sad really. These people could save others, but I guess THAT is not your concern. Exits.

Just thought I would join this group now that I am a widower. My wife passed away May 28th. She was "The Wind Beneath My Wings". When I met her, I was a drunken, dope smoking, fighting, hell raising biker. She told me if I could get rid of the inner storm within me, that I could be a blessing to people. God placed her in my path to stop me. I have been drug and alcohol free now for 53...

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...
...and I won't stop trying to fight for those that were forcibly & unjustly removed...
...but I don't think a single one of them would want this (utter and complete) bullshit to impede our moving forward.

I haven't been here long enough to know these people. I joined about a month ago and some of them have helped me out of the darkest pit I've ever been in. They were the neighborhood greeters. I don't know the polotics of the board and I don't care about them. This is supposed to be about helping each other. Not backstabbing and seeing who can get who kicked off the boards.
We need people that are experienced here. People who genuinely care about new people. If everyone is a newbie then we won't be marching to a goal. We'll be marching in a circle.
We need the people that joke around because no one wants to just read the same story over and over. That much sadness will turn the strongest of us to jelly.
That's all I have to say. I hope someone can step up to the plate and help like those people that used to help did. Big shoes to fill.

L... I miss them too... it just literally seems dead on here anymore!
I don't know who the admins are but I know this group from what I can tell is unique because you actually have people responding and posting on a regular basis. I hope that doesn't stop.
I know that drama exists anywhere people exist. However, I hope the drama and politics of the board don't get in the way of it's true purpose.

Jaken was my Motorcycle buddy and Z was the caring and understanding Latino munchkin. I miss them both and what they have contributed to this site. I still love you guys.

having all the different kinds of people is what makes this group cool. the more colors in a rainbow, the prettier.
I'll do an extra shot of rum (this weekend) for Z, Jaken, and everyone else.
