lina, keep a journal of your thoughts and actions. if you look back on them maybe you will get better clarity?

when you are in it, you are not aware there is anything wrong.

Watched it and checked out his blog (where he is pushing his book.....) I did kinda like the idea that it is a spiritual crisis.... Next time I think I am God, I'll just assume I am cured and go with it.
