Oof accidentally just pulled one hair. Very tiny, came out so easily, but still a pull. Boo. Oh well, I did have a limit of 2 subconscious pulls, so it's still a successful day so far :)

hahaha yes effin ds!! :P I need to do that too...the subconscious hairs.... I may start my pull free again when I do get a handle on that!!

Well I pulled another hair. And played a bit which was bad.

So I feel a little dirty. But it's put me off playing any more. Playing leads to pulling. Playing is a no no.

Ok so last night I pulled about 4 or 5, so it wasn't so much a successful day. Triggers were drinking a crapload of wine, being tired, and mourning.. Ah yeah.. I'd say 4 of those hairs were on purpose.

Today has been successful so far, 100% pf, it's 4.30pm. For the rest of this week I have a limit of 2 not on pupoe hairs per day for it still to be a successful day.

Hey Sam, I just remembered that someone posted this tip, probably last year: When she was on her computer she would turn on the camera so she could see herself, if her hand wandered up she would see it. Thought it might help you since you're working so much!
