I don't know to be honest with you.
Antidepressents, and I have been on more than one different one, make me more blah and "zombie" like.
I tend to just feel in a weird state.
I really do not like the way I feel on them. But, because of the emotional part right now, I dont think I have a choice.
When I went off lexapro, and things were kind of okay around here, it was like a breath of fresh air.
For me, I find the Benzos to be more "zombie like". Not from the SSRI's like Lexapro. Could that be what you mean?
How did your therapy go?
Therapy went well. Today was a 90 minute intake session.
I liked her and it was face to face. I’ll go back again next week. Thanks for asking.
