Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
That's why when the baby goes for a nap im excited to nap for an hour and when you got a 5 year old with anxiety it could be anytime of day or night your trying to comfort that child assuring everything is alright and will be alright.some times I wonder if I had had my children in my early 20s versus at 32 and 37 would I had been as good as a mom or as patient and understanding.I must say I love my children and would not trade it for anything in the world.
Totally agree with you on being alone and being lonely.
People make you feel lonely. Sometimes they can bore me to tears. Lol. That's why it's nice to be alone. I enjoy it. It's peaceful to me and no one bothers me.
Try to get those naps back in your life. They refresh me and energize me when needed. But sometimes I don't always get them in my day. I sure miss them when I don't. Thanks for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
I totally agree with you naps help.
And you sound like your doing a great job with your kids. It's not easy having a daughter with anxiety and having a young son. That's a lot of work!!!!
Having kids in your twenties or thirties is still young to me. Don't ever doubt yourself. You love your kids no matter what age you are.❤️❤️
Being tired certainly adds to my anxiety. Sometimes if I haven’t had a good nights rest it can lead to physical symptoms like gut issues, Loss of appetite for me. I have to be careful when I start to get physical symptoms. I’ve been struggling lately with that I’ve lost 20 pounds (I use to way 135) it scares me because I see how thin I’m getting and I’m struggling with being able to eat without gagging or having an appetite. It does get frustrating but I try to think why didn’t I have a good nights sleep.
Nice to meet you.
Yes anxiety adds to my anxiety too.
In fact I just took alittle nap and feel a lot better.
For me if I don't sleep well my body seems to feel tired the next day.
Sorry to hear about your stomach problems. Anxiety can do that and loss of weight it contributes too.
That is a lot of weight. Have you lost it over a period of time or just recently? I would talk to my doctor and see what they say. It is frustrating the no appetite and gagging. And wondering why you don't sleep well is something I would also talk to your doctor about. For me I drink so much water during the day, that I keep waking up to go the bathroom. I got to cut the water off after a certain time. Well hope you feel better and get your appetite back and get some well needed sleep. Take good care. And thank you for your comment. Italianmomma4ever

Another way of gaining weight is to drink the Ensure drinks. They have a lot of vitamins and nutrition in them. Good luck. Italianmomma4ever
Hugs and Happiness to all.
Sorry to hear that your tired a lot. Glad that it doesn't effect your anxiety though. I have the same problem with falling asleep and waking up, it's hard for me to get back to sleep sometimes right away. I will lay there for awhile until finally I do. Sometimes it can take a hour or more. I have a lot of broken sleep. Going to the restroom every night does it to me. Thank you for your comment. Hope we can get some better sleep!!! Italianmomma4ever
I agree with you 100%. For me I can't focus right and my thoughts are crazy. I get kinda of moody too. My body also feels fatigued. I think it does trigger my anxiety. I'm so out of it that it gets the best of me. I have to stop, pause and breath and sometimes take a nap. It helps. Have a great holiday and a very Happy New Year. Thank you. Italianmomma4ever
