I'm sorry you're having such an awful time Hollywood!*hugs* You're not stupid! It's the after effects of your concussions! If you keep throwing up and can't even keep down water you will get really dehydrated. You might have to go to the ER if medication doesn't get your vomiting to stop. Also sweating from the fever would make dehydration worse. It could be an infection!*hugs* Please be careful and go to the ER if your fever doesn't go down.

Had an amazing trip and have been catching up on things at home and online. Have a nasty UTI. Started an antibiotic today. I'm in a lot of pain that two tylenol with codeine didn't touch. Family doctor is booked until October 9th and Nurse Practitioner is booked until Tuesday. May have to go to ER. My GI changed my appointment to October 20th but I am on the cancellation list.

ER what a waste of time! Too much gas to see anything on an x-ray. They gave me a dilaudid shot and sent me home with a strainer to catch a kidney stone. They gave me a prescription for dilaudid and said to come back if my pain gets bad again and they will do a ct scan. So no answers!

Respiratory infection is making my asthma much worse so I'm in a 5 day prednisone burst and azithromycin for 5 days. I hope it's enough. My chest and upper back really hurt, sore throat, sore sinuses, hoarseness, congestion, some coughing and shortness of breath. Glad you are well annette.

would a gentle pat on your back help?

I wish it would annette. Trying more saline nebules and more more prednisone. Hope it helps.

My cold went away and asthma flare stopped. Saw GI he said it's IBS and to try bran buds. Bran buds make me feel even worse even though I've moved down from two teaspoons daily to one teaspoon once a week. I had diarrhea yesterday morning. I have cramping all day every day whether I have bran buds or not! I don't see GI again until December 22nd and he said if I still have pain he would prescribe a very low dose anti-depressant that is supposed to help with pain. I have my yearly ct scans on Tuesday. I have to drink gastrografin, take prednisone and generic Benadryl.

My ct scans went well but for some reason they didn't do chest like the last two times. They did pelvis and abdomen. I'm having some cramping but no diarrhea like last night. They said it would take one to two weeks for results.
