I have lived with anxiety for so many years on n off. There were years when i was completely anxiety free, n therewere some when i spent my entire day in tears n prayers. But i have learnt a lot a throught it. now accept my life as Gods gift,i am here to help myself and my friends who are sailing through the tides of anxiety. i wish to cure me completely n cud help others too
