  As I've looked at other posts to try and get a feel for how this support group works I notice alot of times people just vent and I think that's what I need to do but sharing things has always been a challenge for me.  I've only posted once out here and at that time it was suggested that I try and share one thing about what was going on and I did and I got a few responses but nothing that really helped me so I'm hesitant to do it again however I'm not doing very well keeping it all in either. ...
