  Thank you so much for your always kind words sweetie. I doubt it's the psychiatrist fault, he is a very good doc & has helped me a lot in the past with my OCD , anxiety & depression. I think I am the one who doesn't try but I feel so exhausted. Hugs ❤

  Good evening from Greece dear friends, it's been quite a long time since I last posted on this group due to changes in my job. Well, today it's a hard day for me, it's the birthday of my partner who passed away 7 months ago, he would've been 37 yeara old today. I went early in the morning in the cemetery, bought him beautiful flowers and wrote him a card.   Good evening from Greece dear fellows. I've always suffered from OCD, anxiety and periods of depression due to obsessive negative thoughts. However the last year has been really harsh on me.   Thanks for the hug sweetie, really needed this week as my grandma passed away.... I have to be strong for my mum now and for my self as well I guess... Coping is difficult sometimes but such is life.... many hugs to you too honey

  As many of you dear friends already know I lost my partner 5 months ago from aggressive cancer, it's normal that I am still grieving and can't get over that traumatic shock. The thing is 3 days ago my grandmother died, we live in a house together with my mother, I am in the first floor and she in the second. Its hard for me losing 2 beloved people in just 5 months but of course for my mum is even harder cause it was her mother who died. I am trying my best to be strong for her right now that...
