  He broke up with me on Thurs and I'm sick to my stomach. Have started no contact ...he hasn't tried texting me since sat..but I know it's because he pitied me. Wants to come off as nice and not like a jerk so he checked in on me. I'm already struggling..this is so weird and hard to cope with the rejection. I'm over analyzing everything at this point. I know it's over but tomorrow I will be back in the same town as him and it's going to make me sick. I don't know how to do this
