  Hi everyone!Ive been dealing with separation anxiety from my boyfriend for a while now. Today is the first day we are spending apart in a few weeks and I'm proud of myself for keeping it together. I made sure I would have things to do around the house to keep me busy and it's working. It may seem like nothing to some people but to me this was a big day. I'm celebrating my little victories :) I hope everyone is having a great day! Things get better!

  Hi everyone,My name Jennifer. I'm new to this group and I guess I'm just looking for some positive feedback. I'm dealing with separation anxiety from my boyfriend. It came out of no where and these last few mon the it's gotten worse. I'm scared it is going to cost me my job and I'm desperately trying to get it under control. Anyone in a similar situation?
