My boyfriend came to visit over the weekend from college and just left to go back about an hour ago. This was our first visit since we started long distance. We had a great weekend and I loved seeing him but I completely broke down when he left. I don't want to be an emotional mess every time we visit eachother and have to leave again but the separation is just so hard. How do you guys deal with parting after visits? Does it get easier?

My boyfried of 2 years and I just started doing long distance a month ago because of college. He lives in Colorado and I live in California. I feel like everyday I get more and more sad and I dont know what to do. He plays basketball so he's always really busy with that or schoolwork so we barely talk to eachother. Before he left he promised we would facetime everyday but im lucky to get a 10 minute call once per week. I know hes busy but I feel like he manages to make time for everything else...
