  I wanted to share a little part of my story without getting too detailed. I was diagnosed with GAD when I was 19 and now 34. I've had to episodes starting at 19 that lasted about awhile each that my panic attacks were out of control. I went to several therapists but I didn't want to take meds cause because I'm scared. Finally my anxiety panic attacks went at bay around 21 and can back hard around 24 when a friend passed. I got on Zoloft and it helped and after a year I got off and was good...
