Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I suffer from severe anxiety, and in the last two days I got flea bites which cause me an allergic reaction. The day after that I was feeling sick and vomiting all day, and now I have all kinds of body pain. I went to the doctor and they send me to an specialist but there is a good chance that it is just stress and anxiety.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Vomiting all day and body pain due to anxiety?
I am very tired, I feel ashamed of being so scared but I cannot stop it. I can't enjoy my life like this, I am feeling sad and exhausted. I think I will find a psychiatrist next week but I don't have much money or health insurance, so expending the money makes me anxious too. I feel guilty that I can't do better on my own

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Get hydrated. Move gently. Breathe focus. Once you do these three actions, you'll be better able to tell what part anxiety is raising the symptoms.
Everything you mentioned is common in overwhelming anxiety situations. However, once you recognize your pattern of anxiety, you can begin to use it to help you get back within normal range.
Instead of fighting the anxiety (it is natural), use it to help you.
Best wishes.
