  i am so alone...my depression is consuming me. No one notices or cares. I have no friends. The only reason I am still alive is my dog. I can't bear the thought of abandoning him. But it's so hard. I want to go back to self harming so I can control the pain I feel. I am currently in a relationship that is going nowhere. I know I need to break it off.   this depression is consuming me. The meds and the therapy aren't helping. I feel so alone and so worthless. The only reason I'm alive right now is my dog. I want to go back to self harming.   i think the worst feeling is knowing that you've never been worth fighting for...friends and significant others just let you go without a thought....like you never meant anything to them at all. Feeling so lonely and worthless these days. My life has been such a waste.
