  In the end, if you are someone who is just not able to beat trich, don't give up faith. Continue to fight it and while doing so love yourself for who you truly are and learn to accept it. Appearances don't matter and they don't change who you truly are. Developing trich really gives you a chance to truly learn to love your inner self and aspects of your inner self.
