  I sit outside writing in a journal anything that comes to mind.   In the corner of the wooden deck, dried leaves caught in a spider web jitter in the wind.  The twitching motion brings to mind what seems completely random,  the movie” The Hours”. In particular,  the boy - or  son of the repressed lesbian woman.   He is the young poet in the movie.  He is powerless to the terror that unfolds before him.  His face expresses fear and panic - the rest of his body doesn’t move.   He...

  I was at mom's yesterday with many of my cousins celebrating Easter.   Everything went pitch perfect.  No one said anything rude - people seemed to maintain boundaries, mom stayed a clear distance from me.  Probably one of the most unproblematic family get togethers yet.  Still, I came home and I felt the same sort of sick feelings - but nothing to attach it to.  The same sort of "fear" as if something had gone terribly wrong -yet nothing went wrong.  I had a dream that I saw a tiny...
