hum...i'm back and forth on this one~ when depressed, isolation is prevalent and can really wreak havoc. A codependent, when depressed, avoids by denial by helping someone else.
My thought for a more healthful approach would be 'help yourself first by reaching out to supportive others' Then...as you fill yourself back up, return the gift of helping.
When it comes to gaming consoles, there is always a big fight between Sony's Playstation and Microsoft's XBox. Now this rivalry is going to increase even more because Microsoft is getting ready to launch it's next console, the Xbox 2.
