I did the worse thing to myself today.I listened to this video of what it sounds like in a schizophrenics head, and ever sense ive done that, ive been imagining it. I am so scared. :( It made me feel better for the first five minuets after hearing...

Does anyone else feel like being around happy people make them worse? and feel more depressed? Ive been having this lately, and i get made when i see people are happy? is this common with PTSD? or am i just a big bitch.... god i feel awful about it...

Im extremely terrified.... im afraid that i hearing things telling me to hurt/ kill my friends, i am completely terrified.... its not like actually hearing people talking but its in my mind....and its very distressing, and i hate it. I am so afraid...
