  I had a very bad day at work. When I got home and thought about it, I wanted to cry, but found myself unable to do it. I really want to just let it out, but I can't. It stays bottled up.

  I've been at my job or a few months now. Recently, I got a good review from my supervisor and have come to be one of the go-to employees. That should be good news, but it doesn't affect me positively. Instead, I worry if I can keep up my performance. They've given more tasks to do and I've been able to do them.   I know I haven't posted much in ths group, so some background. I have two mental disorders: dysthymia disorder and schizoid personality disorder. As a result of the dysthymia, there are times when I get double depression. Whereas many people with depression will have little to no sex drive while severely depressed, it is the opposite for me. 95% of the time I can ignore, but I guess my mind is trying to find anything to lift the blackness.  So, if I see an attractive woman, I start fantasizing...

  So another Christmas has gone by. Yes, I was with my family and got presents. Yet, due to my disorders, it might as well have been another day. On the TV and radio, I kept hearing about joy and love, knowing I'm denied feeling both. I'll get more use and some pleasure from the gifts I got than I'll ever get from gatherings or someoone wishing me a Happy New Year.  To me, it's just another year closer to my death.

  After a year, I'm back. Many things are different, such as I have job, which paid for the computer I'm using. I know people will say I'm fortunate for these things, but that where the things that are the same come in. I have difficulties at work from a erratic schedule, I'm learning the job as I go due to lack of training, having to deal with people despite my disorders making it very difficult to do so and the fear that all of this will cause me to lose this job.
