I have had a really tough time these past few days with purging.. today is another day and i am determinded not to do it today and eat my 1000 cal limit to control this! :) xx

i have been taking prozac for about a month now just over and i do feel happier in myself. i have settled more at uni and i have not been home for 3 weeks which is a big difference to when i went bk...

i have done really bad and purged loads.. today is a new day and i am not purging today xx

and i have not purged.. feeling a bit bad about purging yesterday but i guess its okay as i made up for it today!

todday but its ok, ill just carry on tomorrw and make it a full week this week! :D

and iv done it! i have not binged or purged for 5 days!! i am feeling a bit self concious about the stomache but i feel so much better.. i feel happier that i know i can do it!! :)

so happy i have got thru day 4... my stomache feels veeeery big... i ate some choc cake tonight .. yess it was only a bit but still something! :) i hope my stomache feels more settled tomorrow!! xxx
