  i contracted hep-c about mid 1980"s did not get diagnosed until "99" by then i was stage 2 cirrhosos. went through 3 different  regemins of interfuron and ribo. and one with some really bad side effects called insivic. no deal for me. f was stage 4 by 2014 when i finally got my scrip for harvoni. so now i am undetectable, and am 9 years of stage 4. i am so thankful that i was given the opportunity investigate the options i had for diet exercise and support. the hospital where i worked  where...

  in 2002 i wa told i had stage 2 cirrhosis, by the time i as started on my 3rd different meds i was sage 4. i was giving up hope. then in 2015 i started on harvony, and my atitude was very negative. i really did not thin i would make it for more that a couple more years. but i decided to change my diet and exercise routines. cut out 90% red meat, 95% dairy, 90% sugaar, 90% white flour. replaced with fish and more fish. green leafy and crucifferous vegies. fruits. nuts. and the list goes on for...

  hello human brothers and sisters. i used to be on the hep-c group. but now i am. cured of that. but stress and anxiety still shroud me.short bio. small kid picked on in school. did very well 'in class till head injury at 9yrs. old. after that i was still picked on but now, my attention span and concentration waned. so the nuns just said, you are lazy, you don't apply yoursself. you won't amount to anything. and the bullying gor worse through middle and high school. and when i would say...

  hey! this is supposed to be a support group. ity has tuned into a collection of asmall bio's. not much support. so here goes. i just got bottle #6 of my harvoni today. today also is my bottle 5 pill 1 day.eight weeks 'to go. and what a trip its been since first tx in 2002. but i feel better and i am grateful that it was finally invented. so,(and here is the support). ;hang the heck in there.don't dispair. as long as there is a chance, hope, faith that you get cured. smaile 'and live. take care...

  here i am, halfway thru the 24 week harvoni. Man What a GREAT invention. my hopes are much ''elevataed" above what i had going into this. it must be working, i feel so much more energy. i think it could be caused by, 1) the harvoni is working so my body is easing off on it's efforts to get rid of the virus. 2)i am eating so much more dark green things out of the garden. and so much less of the BIG WHITE TRIO (sugar flour milk). and i walk alot.  new mantra, " get up and do something."  if...
