4th chance

I would say it feels like a new beginning , but since this is the 4th time around I am hoping for the theme of the final leg of the med journey. liver is clear of cancer, and I have not had ANY jaundice episodes so far. my weight is down from 246 to 215. I pray that it is the new way I eat, and exercise.
