Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Same story here, diagnosed cirrhosis but now 3?years post harvoni there is no evidence of diseased liver because our bodies - every cell- fight to live!
Same thing I became vigilant about protecting liver.
Some may be too far gone but most of us can recover
You seem like quite the cheerleader with experience. I am surprised seeing my improved progress in such a short time. My improvement has not platted being it is so new since my severe diagnosis. and my son and girlfriend have to be reminded of my situation.
