Z woke up with 104 and shivering like crazy. Ate some bkfst, then we dropped him in the bath and tylenol'd him up...marginally helpful. He's in heaven now because he gets to watch videos on a school...

Z had another of his febrile seizures this afternoon. Not a ton to do about it, just let him rest and try to keep him cool with drugs, baths, etc.  Still, not fun. Thought we had left these woods. 

The "he" in that sentence is "me". Although my ankle feels weak - oddly, actually both of my ankles feel weak - I decided that I had sat on my fat ass long enough and I went for a real run this AM....
