  Hi, all.This is my first post in this group and am hoping to get some helpful suggestions from you all.I've struggled with anxiety for a good portion of my life. Most of the time, when I'm in a high anxiety state, I can get it down to a bareable level by meditating, art, baths with lavendar, those types of things. When they don't work, I take a valium. That usually does the trick but leaves me sleepy and unable to fully function.Lately, I've been in a constant high level of anxiety. I feel like...

  I have had pretty severe lower back pain for 3+ years and it's just getting worse. I can't sleep because there's no comfortable way to lay. If I lay on my back, I get pain so severe that I need to wake my husband up to help me roll over. Laying on either side makes my legs burn and go numb and trying to sleep on my stomach is excruciating from the get go. I can't stand, sit or walk for any length of time.
