I have just been having a hard time comming in here ....I am having stress it is somthing I am feeling up my back it feels terable ...I am more sencitive to the emotions in here ....feeling the pain...

I have been very bissey today ........migrain pain at 3out of 10 ...this morning .....went up to 4 ....in the afternoon .....took one painkiller ...becase I had a lot to do ...........now it is back...

my h made me breakfast and woke me up so I could eat it with him .......I have a migraine....IAM going to just start rating them it will be easer for me ..and I can keep track of them that way...
