off to a good start ....not ...
...I thought I was off to a god start ...I did a load of wash ..did some dishes ..been lisining to the radio they have some realy good music on ......was going to take my blood test and ...I see here I FOR GOT TO TAKE MY MORNING MEDS .....so I am taking them now .....trying to keep the angizity under control ..going to take a shower later that schould help ....get dresed up to ......befor I leave ......the weather is still mild ...calling for rain ....though .....so far just a very light drizzle .......

it is dry here now...the rain has stopped for now....I got up a little later than I had planned....I originally wanted to go to six AM Debtors Anonymous meeting...I set the alarm for 5:10am....I either let it ring until it stopped and I forgot and went back to sleep or it did not ring...but I woke up at 5:48am...not time enough to make the meeting from my house getting out of bed doing things to get out of house and driving to meeting it would have been 6:30 or later before I could have made it...
then I went back to sleep and had a 9am meeting and again I woke up at 8:46am and had to text the guy that I was running late....I got there at about 9:10am and walked into library earlier than he did....
then I went to see about buying an AA book from our central services office...they do not carry the book....so I found how my sponsor got it is in Ebook format on his phone....he said he also got a paper back copy...I need it by tomorrow night...but have to wait to buy it now till money is in my bank...I planned to write a check which I figured would float for day.....cannot do that on Itunes I don't believe....
home now and have the trots right this moment and need to go take a shower! Ugggh just pooped myself....

set an alarm or something for taking your meds. youre always in my prayers.
