  I lost my husband, best friend and lover 10 years ago to a massive heart attack.  In all these years that have passed I have not been able to fill the hole left in my heart by his passing.  I still feel like half a person most days and struggle constantly with depression.  I'm the one who puts on the happy face when deep inside my heart is hurting and tears form behind my eyes.  As I sit here at work, I'm am paralyzed by anxiety.  I am worried about losing my job as I just can't seem to...

  I've been doing so well the last couple of weeks but woke up today feeling sad and on the verge of tears.  I'm at work and can barely function.  Just want to go home and crawl back in bed, but that is not an option.  Desparately trying to hold on to good thoughts and self-talk.

  Well, still doing well. The change in meds and diet has worked wonders for me.  Now if I could just start walking again I'd be very happy.  It's rainy and dreary here in Maryland and my commute home from work is going to be miserable but it gives me time to unwind from my day mentally.  I unwind physically when I get home.March 27 will be 10 years that my husband has been gone.  I still miss him so much it hurts!  Those of you new to the loss of a loved one have faith that it does get...

  Well, I've changed my routine up a lot lately and all is going well.  I've started taking my medicines (Pristiq and Abilify) at night rather than in the morning and I've gotten on a better diet.  So far, all is working out really well.  My sister told me it was good to hear me laugh today!

  I am experiencing SEVERE anxiety attacks which make me unable to function.  I've tried everything I know to deal with this.  Self-talk, getting out of the house.  Right now I am at work and unable to focus on what needs to get done.  I was taking Abilify but my prescription ran out and I am waiting for it to come in the mail.  I don't know what else to do right now.  I feel like I'm going to be sick and I am on the verge of tears all the time.  I am trying my hardest just to function til...
