  Hi everyone, I'm new to the group and have been living with scoliosis for 32yrs now. It started off at being only 11 degrees out but has slowly progressed over these yrs, I nearly have a 4o dergree angle in shoulders and hips when I stand straight. I have many other medical issues, seems like the list keeps growing. I'm wondering if anyone is using a backbrace and is it beneficial? What can I gain or expect with usage? How long should it be worn in a day? etc. I already have to use, one...

  I haven't been on here for...ages...wow. Anyway a lot has gone on for the last few yrs. Had to leave work and go on disability, kids graduating school and movin on and having to relocate to a different province (home province) so living would be more affordable since the covid and its lockdown. It has been a hard road cause I'm still learning how to manage my disabilities. If I leave my home I have to use a crutch sometimes both crutches as my spine can no longer handle 10 mins b4 excruciating...

  It's been a while since I've been on here. First of all I forgot my login, that took me a while to remember. I had gone back to work some time ago and recently just couldn't handle it anymore. I will never again work for a company that does not accomodate disabled people. I am still struggling with the bipolar depression, I have recently been diagnosed with having 5 bulged disks and sciatica. My doc is sending me to different surgeons for a second opinion. If they want me to go back to work...
